Wonderland in the rooftop of a department store in Shibuya
On cloudy Sunday afternoon,
Shibuya was crawling with people, as always.
We were bored in Shibuya Hikarie, newly opened department store.
looking down from the window on the 7th floor,
we found something.
we rushed there to make sure what it was.
we rushed there to make sure what it was.
The floor was crowded with shoppers,
but the rooftop.
There was a small amusement park for kids.
almost abandoned,
There was a small amusement park for kids.
almost abandoned,
by the people, and the time.
At the time of Japan's rapid economic growth in 1960-1970s,
this place might have been flourished.
but nothing scents of the era by now.

an organ.
an old organ,
my father got from his friend for free.
it is so old and beat-up that it makes clattering sound
which wood strikes when you press the keyboards.
also, you have to stamp so hard without break to make sounds.
which makes you so tired to finish only one song.
so i rarely play this organ back home.
however i played it after long time,
it brought me this weird sentimental feeling
reminding me of my childhood.
it may be because of the organ,
or Harry Nilsson,
I was listening over and over again.
