When I was a kid, I was so scared of Tetrapods

Maybe its figure, maybe the way they are piled up by the sea,
but I really cannot explain why they freaked me out that much.
I guess they have got something which makes people feel unease and anxious.
When I came over here, it made me feel that way I felt when I came across those Tetrapods.
It is not just because this is huge and built so high above, 
That color, its height, geometrical shapes, all of those suddenly threw over me the fear of living itself...,
Just like it is showing me the side we are trying not to see everyday, 
the life is how cruel, terrifying and endangered, of this peculiarly concrete and essential manner.
