small Friday night with Jazz

so, finally here I came. after work, alone.
"いーぐる", a small classic Jazz place in Yotsuya.
an old man with glasses, on the little corner,
that must be his special seat on Friday night.
doing nothing, even without a book or cellphone,
sipping a coffee and gives himself to the sound of jazzy trumpet.

noise + coffee = strange comfort.

went to Akihabara Goodman to see Triple Fire.
it was sunday night, so we had a cup of coffee instead of beer.
distorted sound of noise were being discharged
through the thick door of the live house,
and melted together with caffein.

mental sketch modified, of us, of a little night.

"Nanatsu-Mori", a small cafe in Koenji was named after Kenji Miyazawa's a poem,

this is so beautiful that I have even no confidence in translating it.

This makes me sick. however.

According to the official web-page of well-known pizza buffet,
 "Shakey's", was"opened in a remodeled grocery store
 in Sacramento, California
in 1954 by Sherwood 'Shakey' Johnson.
it was originally established as "ye public house"
for pizza & beer, Johnson indulged his passion
for Dixieland jazz and added live ragtime music to mix,
featuring banjos and player pianos
throughout his rapidly expanding franchise ".

I never knew! how nice.
...well, I didn't feel a scrap of Dixieland jazz and Ragtime
at Shakey's Shibuya though.

but I love this commercial.

this place slightly reminds me of my favourite place in sweden.

This place, Hummock Cafe, located in Himeji,
I've always longed for going there again
since I went there last time in summer break back home.
As soon as I arrived there first time,
I totally fell in love with this place.
this small restaurant appears
after going through the winding narrow road
and soon small harbor starts to be seen,
it is almost there.
foods are great, people serving are so nice.
very clean, cozy, friendly, chilled out,
it's stylish, but nothing is going too far.
everything is just so fine.
